Will I be able to access me account to make changes to the campaigns?
Yes, we will give you access and teach you how you can modify templates as your company grows.
Can we import data from different CRM software?
Yes, we use a variety of methods to get data from your CRM. Zapier is the most common platform we us for integrations. If your CRM is listed in Zapier, we will be able to integrate the CRM to import data into TOMCampaigns or to trigger campaigns. If it is not listed with Zapier, we have other strategies to export your clients data.
How is this different from Mailchimp or Constant Contact?
This is so much bigger then just sending clients a newsletter! Not only can you create automated emails, you can also create a template for your newsletter to start sending through TOMCamapigns platform.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. However, building relationships takes time. We recommend using our service for at least six months to get the best results.

How long does it take to get my account set up?
Typically we can get you sending automated emails in as little as 2-3 weeks after the strategy session. We do all the heavy lifting getting your account set up and running!
Do you offer other services to help automate systems?
YES! There are so many tasks that can be automated. We will give you ideas and strategies you can use to automate processes in your business. We also include the integration of automated postcards, text messages, and voicemails.

Will my monthly subscription increase with the number of contacts I have?
Yes, like most platforms the monthly base fee is relative to the number of contacts you have on your lists. However, you are only paying for the number of contacts that are active. You are not paying for the number of clients that have opted out or unsubscribed from receiving emails.
The majority of our clients are paying the base fee and have not seen an increase in monthly fees after signing up.
What are the Monthly Subscription plan fees?
Our fees start at $349 to actively market up to 2,500 contacts. If you would like to market to more contacts, we have larger plans as well. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can give you a quote.
